At FORVIA, teams are working on ways to improve what drivers see without increasing power demand.

GreenHDR is one illustration of this approach. By optimizing Full-Array Local Dimming displays at pixel level and by leveraging Smart Dimming image enhancement technology, it adapts brightness to ambient light instead of overpowering it.

The appointment of Sébastien Limousin as Executive Vice President of FORVIA’s Seating Business Group will be effective February 16, 2026.

Over the past decade, he has held several senior roles, including Program Manager within the Interior Systems Business Group and Vice President in charge of Sales, Programs, and Strategy for the Clean Mobility Business Group. Since July 2025, he has served as Executive Vice President for Clean Mobility.

In his new role, Sébastien will lead the global Seating Business Group with a clear focus on operational excellence, product leadership, and customer satisfaction.

As part of this transition, Ghita Slaoui, currently Finance Vice President for Faurecia Clean Mobility, will become Acting Executive Vice President of Clean Mobility as of February 16, until a successor is appointed.
