A debut appearance at ConExpo this week for our Seating business, marking an important step in its progressive expansion into the thriving commercial and industrial vehicle market!
We’re exhibiting two new seats, both specifically designed for the construction and mining industries, delivering the comfort, ergonomics, durability, and sustainability these demanding environments require.
➡️ one seat is built on a rugged metal platform designed for industrial duty and simple integration into existing machinery. With enhanced features including massage systems, heating, adjustable bolsters and lumbar support, it improves efficiency and productivity.
➡️ The other seat has a robust metal structure and a modular architecture that separates the cushion and backrest into replaceable, upgradable modules
In addition, @FORVIA HELLA teams, with a long history of supplying the construction sector, are also at the show!

Our Solidarity Day is already in full swing across our sites worldwide!
Since its launch on February 7th, many colleagues have already taken part in the solidarity missions they chose.
In Auburn Hills and Northville (USA), for example, teams supported the local community through food donations, STEM education initiatives, and bike assembly for families.
Meanwhile in Hannover (Germany), colleagues cooked and served warm meals for people experiencing homelessness at “Café Mensch”.
In Rayong, Thailand, teams contributed by planting trees.
Whether it’s helping those in need, supporting our planet, or giving back to our communities, everyone at FORVIA can take part and make a positive impact.

Dans @Les Echos, Martin Fischer, PDG de FORVIA, détaille le tournant décisif amorcé par le Groupe et concrétisé cette semaine par l’annonce du plan stratégique IGNITE.
Dans un secteur automobile en pleine mutation, IGNITE vise à gagner en compétitivité, simplifier l’organisation et réorganiser les activités par clusters pour plus de performance.
3 priorités : excellence opérationnelle, transformation des métiers et culture mobilisatrice.
Un an après la prise de fonction de Martin Fischer, ce plan a d’ores et déjà permis au Groupe de générer de meilleurs bénéfices, une trésorerie supérieure et de dépasser son objectif de désendettement, comme l’illustrent les résultats annuels publiés mardi 24 février.
