
FORVIA appoints Raphaël Viard as Chief Digital Information Officer

FORVIA is pleased to announce the appointment of Raphaël Viard as Group Senior Vice President, Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO), effective August 25, 2025.
In this role, he will lead FORVIA’s global digital transformation, with a strategic focus on Artificial Intelligence, digital innovation, and the Global IT Segment of the Group. His appointment reflects FORVIAS’ commitment to innovation and data-driven excellence.

Raphaël brings over two decades of experience in digital leadership, having held senior roles at Alstom, SNCF, Saint-Gobain, and most recently as Chief Digital Officer at Bouygues Construction. His career spans cybersecurity, cloud transformation, IoT platforms, and enterprise IT strategy, making him uniquely positioned to guide FORVIA’s next chapter of digital growth.
He succeeds Eric Godard, who has served as acting CDIO since May 19, 2025.
