Really proud to be taking this award home!

It’s a celebration of a long and strong partnership with @Stellantis on material reduction and energy use.

Together, we share a common goal ⤵️
Designing products and vehicles that emit less CO2, while staying attractive and high performing.

Special congrats to our @MATERI'ACT teams who played a decisive role in this award through the roll-out of NAFILean®:
A bio-based composite incorporating natural hemp fibers.
Now equipping over six million vehicles on the road!
Including the Peugeot 308, DS4, Alfa Romeo Giulia, and Jeep Cherokee!

More recently, we’ve been working with Stellantis on the Advanced Total Value Optimization project to simplify the car’s design.
And make it more frugal.

Congrats, teams 👏

Back in the early 2000s, a famous TV show used to equip cars with coffee machines, refrigerators, and retractable displays. We did all of that, but with a major twist:

All these modules are part of one modular interior system inspired by real furniture.
Because we wanted to turn vehicle cabins into lifestyle spaces that are adaptable.
That’s why it’s called the on-demand center console.

Passengers and carmakers alike can customize interiors with these interchangeable modules, all without structural changes.

Which brings us to the second key highlight: it’s sustainable.
By enabling reuse and upgrades without replacing the whole system, it reduces waste and extends the lifecycle of interior components.

This multi-purpose lifestyle center console reflects our vision for adaptable and eco-conscious mobility!

There’s no such thing as a sustainability job.

At FORVIA, sustainability is built by many people, in many ways.

Their work spans everything, from cutting Scope 1 & 2 emissions, to driving sustainable materials innovation, and championing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.

They’re turning small actions into big transformations.

And that’s the essence of our Blue Effect program, inspired by the butterfly effect.

Happy to be awarded the prestigious Innovation Award from the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) for Microject Advanced!

Lighter visible car components: that’s what this breakthrough injection molding tech delivers.

Depending on the car part, it cuts weight by 15 to 25%.
Which means: less CO2 emissions during use.

But here’s the real game-changer.
Foamed injection molding used to be for hidden parts only.
(Surface defects made it a no-go for visible ones.)

Now?
Flawless, high-definition surfaces with textures molded right in.
Leather, stone, textile, wood…

No painting, no covering, no post-processing needed.
And in those cases, weight drops by up to 50%.

Aesthetics meets sustainability meets affordability.
