That’s why we’ve developed learning opportunities to raise awareness, build knowledge, and equip teams with the tools they need to take action—wherever they work, whatever their role.
Our new Sustainability MOOC is central to this journey. In just 46 minutes, it helps employees understand the environmental challenges we face globally, and how FORVIA is acting through the Blue Effect—our sustainability roadmap. Through real-world examples and clear insights, you’ll go through three modules that’ll explain FORVIA’s sustainability journey, our CO2 reduction commitments, and last but not least our social and environmental commitments beyond CO2 reduction. This course brings our strategy to life and highlights the impact of the choices we make today.
We have also made available a dedicated 10 Green Fundamentals MOOC. These ten principles are the foundation of how we reduce our operational footprint and improve site performance. This course connects practical know-how with strategic goals, showing how both operational teams and managers can contribute—every day, on every site.
