Recognition at the ceremony

Jill Greene, Executive VP, Group General Counsel and Executive Sponsor for Diversity & Inclusion and the RISE program, presented one of the awards:

“Inclusion is what transforms diversity into real impact. It’s about making sure every voice is heard, every perspective valued, and every talent empowered to succeed. I warmly congratulate our colleagues, their achievements make us proud and inspire us to go further.”

Diversity and inclusion at the heart of our transformation

FORVIA has supported the Trophées des Femmes de l’Industrie for four years in a row. This partnership reflects the Group’s broader commitment: making women’s contributions to industry more visible, and ensuring greater representation at all levels.

Jean-Pierre Sounillac, Executive Vice President, Group Human Resources, ads:

“The recognition of Delphine, Ghita, and Léa is not only a source of pride, it also illustrates the progress we are making across the Group. Women now represent 32% of our managers and professionals, and 28% of our top 300 leaders (excluding HELLA perimeter), an increase of more than eight and fifteen points since 2018. This shows the results of years of continued progress. But our journey is not over: nurturing female talent and creating a truly inclusive environment remain at the heart of our transformation, because the future of industry depends on it.”

Our ambition for 2030

FORVIA is steadily progressing toward its 2030 goals:

  • 35% women among managers and professionals
  • 30% women among the Group’s top 300 leaders

As of August 2025, women already accounted for 29.5% of managers and professionals. These milestones are part of a broader ambition: to build an inclusive, sustainable, and innovative industry where diverse talents can thrive.
