This transaction is part of the programme to partially finance our Hydrogen activity investments and to diversify our investor base.

The €315 million transaction is a bullet loan with a maturity of seven years. This loan allows Faurecia to enhance its liquidity profile by extending its debt maturity at an attractive financing cost.
